Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of the subscription services offered by IndiaNotes. By subscribing to our products and services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.

C.TRANSFER OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION
Some of our subscription products and services may come with a price. At the time of subscribing to a product or service, you will be provided with the pricing and payment details.
Once you register for a subscription product or service and submit your payment details, you will start receiving the product or service that you have subscribed to. You will continue to receive the subscription product or service until the subscription period expires.
If we do not receive the payment for a subscription product or service that you have registered for, the subscription will be deemed cancelled.
From time to time, we may offer free trials for some of our products and services. At the time of subscribing for such an offer, we will provide you with the pricing and payment details, which will become applicable once the free trial period expires.
Once your free trial period expires, you will be reminded 14 days in advance to pay the requisite amount. Your trial subscription will end if it has not been renewed at the end of the trial period.
First Time Subscription & Renewal Policy
Once you subscribe to a paid product or service, we will send you an email on your registered email id to alert you 14 days prior to the expiry date.
Depending on the duration of the service you have chosen, you will receive a reminder notice 14 days prior to the next renewal. Your subscription will not be renewed automatically. In case of non-receipt of the renewal amount, the service will lapse as of the midnight of the end date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once you have purchased a subscription product or service, and once we have started providing any part of the subscription product or service, the subscription cannot be cancelled until the end of your current subscription period, and the amount paid by you will not be refunded.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
If you cancel your subscription before we have started providing any part of the subscription product or service, we will provide you with a full refund.
Subscriptions are charged monthly, quarterly or annually. You can either pay for your subscription through debit card, credit card or net banking. At the time of subscribing to our products and services, you will be taken to the HDFC Bank payment gateway where you may pay the requisite amount.
TRANSFER OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION
You cannot transfer your subscription to someone else.
